Hitachi adds 4-way cassette

FRANCE: Hitachi has broadened its light-commercial offering with the introduction of AirHome cassette air conditioner.

Designed for offices, restaurants and retail environments, the new 4-way cassette is available in capacities from 2.5kW to 6kW, and fits standard 600mm × 600mm ceiling grids.

Its flush-mount design is said to ensure a clean, unobtrusive appearance that blends naturally into modern interiors.

Each of the unit’s four vanes can be controlled independently, allowing installers to tailor airflow distribution to the room layout and avoid draughts.

Seasonal efficiencies are said to be up to 6.90 SEER (A++) in cooling and 4.30 SCOP (A+) in heating.

Performance is further enhanced thanks to a built-in motion eco-sensor that adjusts the temperature automatically depending on room occupancy.

The cassette comes equipped with new air‐treatment features as standard, including FrostWash, a self‐cleaning heat exchanger that helps prevent and remove pollutants, and Mold Guard, a humidity‐sensing function that ensures precise moisture control and supports better indoor air quality.

The system can be managed remotely through Hitachi’s AirCloud Go mobile app. Wi-Fi connectivity is available as an option by adding a SPX-WFG03 gateway.
