Inverter-controlled packaged ac units

ACHBA_smallHushon (UK) has launched new high specification DC inverter versions of their tried and tested horizontal (ceiling void) and vertical packaged air conditioning units.

These come as cooling-only units or air-to-air heat pumps and are available as packages or split systems.

Foto-ACVIA-BAInitially there are three models of each type available, spanning a capacity range of 4 to 29 kW.

All units benefit from a compact design and are specifically engineered for internal location and for use in those areas where it is impossible to accommodate external plant. Also these packages offer multiple air duct connection configurations to assist with positioning in difficult or restricted areas.

These high performance machines incorporate soft-start DC-inverter-controlled scroll compressors running on R410A.  Other features include variable airflow for the outdoor fan and three-speed indoor fans. Offering low sound levels, the units will operate down to -15C.
