Real-time control and monitoring of HVAC operations

UK: M-Access is described as a next-generation cloud-based platform developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems to give building owners and operators full visibility of their HVAC operations.
M-Access provides real-time remote monitoring and control of air conditioning units from any location with an internet connection.
Suitable for both retrofit and new installations, M-Access adopts cloud gateway technology (RM-CGW-E2) to enable centralised management of air conditioning equipment at multiple off-site locations using IoT.
Integrating with MHI’s Q-ton Hyozan CO2 condensing unit and chiller systems, it offers immediate fault notifications, supporting faster diagnostics and minimising downtime.
A subscription-based service, M-Access can maintain a stable, comfortable indoor environment, while the system’s automated reporting tools allow building owners to review past energy usage and system behaviour.
M-Access can be configured for multi-site management from a single dashboard. In addition to data on energy-consumption and temperature-trends, users can also monitor the COP for Q-ton, and chiller systems, receive email alerts in the event of a malfunction, and plan operations via a comprehensive annual scheduling function.
A built-in energy-saving and demand control feature, which calculates demand based on weather forecasts and the operational data of each site, enables energy usage to be optimised and savings to be realised.
Additional features include the ability to generate periodic operational reports for Q-ton and chiller systems to enable users to analyse system performance for maintenance and analysis.
