Sanhua expands BPHE choice

SPAIN: Sanhua has expanded its BPHE portfolio with seven new plate models and enhanced its Explorer selection software.

The updates are said to support a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration applications, including chillers, heat pumps, boilers, and data centre cooling.

The new S6C model features a compact structure and enhanced heat transfer, targeting use in small-capacity heat pumps, air heaters, and economisers for VRF systems.

The S20D can function as an evaporator, condenser, economiser, or desuperheater in chillers and heat pumps. It is also compatible with R290 systems and includes laser-welded connections.

The S65A model, also suitable for R290, provides heat transfer capacities between 10kW and 90kW and features a double asymmetric plate structure to reduce refrigerant charge.

The S114A is designed for use as an economiser in modular units and screw compressors and can also be applied in data centre cooling. It offers a capacity range of 30kW to 200kW. Meanwhile, the S120 and S200 models are intended for water-to-water or water-to-ethylene glycol heat exchange in data centres, with capacities of 30kW to 400kW and 80kW to 600kW respectively.
