Sweet solution for confectionary makers

UK: Advanced Engineering’s latest specialist chemical, a liquid to remove sugar build-up from air conditioning coils, is the result of end-user demand.

RTU Sucro was developed after Advanced engineers, attending the site of a leading luxury chocolate manufacturer, discovered layers of fine sugar blocking the coils of the air handling units in the production area. The fine sugar particles stick on the coils, solidify, and, over time, cause a reduction in the airflow.

At that time there was nothing available to deal with the problem that was suitable for food production areas, so Advanced Engineering set about finding a solution.

Designed with the food manufacturing and processing market in mind, RTU Sucro has a specially designed formula that is said to makes short work of removing the most stubborn of accumulated deposits.
