Trane unveils HT heat pump

BELGIUM: Trane has produced a high temperature version of its RTWF water-to-water heat pump to deliver hot water temperatures up to 105°C.
The RTWF HT is built on Trane’s XStream platform and follows the successful commercialisation of the City RTSF HT.
Six standard models are available with heating capacities up to 1.5MW to meet a wide range of industrial hot water applications. It uses R1233zd(E) and incorporates the proven Trane screw compressor and Symbio 800 controller. It claims a COP of 5.
